Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Synth Global Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") may issue refunds for credits purchased on the Synth Studio platform ("Service"). By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Credit Purchases

Credits are sold in fixed packages on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. Once purchased, credits are added to your account immediately and are available for use. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until consumed.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund for unused credits under the following circumstances: • You request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. • None of the credits from the purchased package have been used. • Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Use. Partial refunds for partially used credit packages are not available. Once any credit from a package has been consumed, the entire package is considered used and is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at team@synthstudio.net with the following information: • Your account email address. • The date of purchase. • The package purchased. • The reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the original payment method will be credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: • Credits have been partially or fully consumed. • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date. • The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Use. • The purchase was made using a promotional offer or discount code, unless required by applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account and withhold any remaining credits pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues promptly.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where local law provides for mandatory refund rights that exceed those described in this policy, those statutory rights shall prevail.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
